The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Admit Card for the Combined Defence Services Examination CDS I 2026. Candidates who successfully completed the online application process can now download their hall ticket from the official website. The admit card is an essential document that candidates must carry to the examination center.
The CDS examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission for recruitment into various prestigious defence academies such as Indian Military Academy, Indian Naval Academy, Air Force Academy, and Officers Training Academy. Through this examination, candidates get the opportunity to join the Indian Armed Forces as commissioned officers.
Furthermore, applicants are advised to download their admit card early and verify all the details carefully, including exam center, reporting time, and candidate information. If any discrepancy appears on the admit card, candidates should immediately contact the Union Public Service Commission for correction. Candidates must also carry a valid photo identity proof along with the printed admit card on the exam day.

Candidates who applied for UPSC CDS I 2026 must have the required educational qualifications according to the academy they selected during the application process. Generally, candidates should have a Bachelor Degree from any recognized university.
For admission to the Naval Academy and Air Force Academy, candidates must have studied Physics and Mathematics at the 10+2 level or hold an engineering degree. इस परीक्षा के लिए उम्मीदवार के पास मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री होना आवश्यक है। कुछ पदों के लिए Physics और Mathematics विषय भी आवश्यक होते हैं।
